Requests for Special Shows & Events

The Rubber Duck Truck and Trailer are available to be rented for shows, special events and filming.  The operation and maintenance of this vehicle is considerably expensive, especially when traveling long distances..  We reserve the right to decline any booking request for any reason.  Most often, declining a booking request is due to factors such as distance, time commitment or other conflicts which are deemed not to be in our best interest at the time.   We do not accept any requests to participate in any event or activity with a political or offensive purpose or that is in violation of any law or statute.   Neither the truck nor trailer will transport any cargo for hire or compensation.  

The truck and trailer, when on display at the National Museum of Transportation, are available to be seen and photographed with valid National Museum of Transportation paid admission.   We receive no proceeds from the National Museum of Transportation but are pleased to support their mission with our display.

We reserve the right to elect to show the truck at various shows and events at our sole discretion and expense without obligation to attend other shows or events at our expense.  When on display at any show or event, the truck and trailer remain available to attendees  for non-commercial photography and videography for personal use unless specifically restricted or prohibited by the event or show.
